The top management of the company has established clear principles that form the foundation of its anti-bribery policy. These principles are as follows:

  • The company enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption and is committed to acting with professionalism, legality, and integrity in all business dealings and relationships.
  • It does not tolerate any form of bribery or corruption.
  • It will not provide, offer, or agree to provide, nor approve or request that someone else provide, directly or indirectly, any kind of benefit to individuals in order to induce them to act, or refrain from acting, in breach of their duties.
  • It will never solicit or accept, directly or indirectly, any kind of benefit or promise thereof, to induce or reward improper behavior in the form of actions or omissions that arise from or conflict with someone’s duties.
  • The policy is appropriate to the company’s purposes and objectives.
  • The company actively complies with all applicable laws and regulations related to bribery prevention, money laundering, and terrorism, and recognizes its responsibility to report any suspicious conduct to the relevant Greek authorities.
  • It strives for continuous improvement of its Anti-Bribery Management System.
  • It informs and trains its personnel, as well as partners and subcontractors, about the anti-bribery policy.
  • It defines and monitors specific objectives related to the fight against bribery.
  • It has assigned responsibility for managing the Anti-Bribery Management System to a specific role, the Anti-Bribery Compliance Officer.
This policy is available to all company personnel and subcontractors, who are required to comply with it.
